Yes, the new way will pay... Seeing the old way still around is laughable, annoying and frustrating because the experience for the customer is ruined (I hate it when it happens to me as a customer, so that business doesn't get my custom) and the old types of salespeople carry on oblivious (handy though if that's happening at my competition).
