Our board moves wrap includes Michael Spence, Matthew Waterhouse, Amanda Buckingham, John Davis, WangHong Yang, DianFei Pei, and Jacqueline Murray.

Michael Spence has resigned as non-executive chair of 3D Metalforge, with current managing director Matthew Waterhouse appointed as interim chair.

Anova Metals has appointed Dr Amanda Buckingham as non-executive director, and John Davis will resign from the board at the upcoming AGM on 18 November having been with the company since the merger between Anova and Exterra Resources in 2017. Dr Buckingham has been involved in mineral exploration for over 25 years. She is the founder of Fathom Geophysics, a geophysical group that has developed technology for targeting under cover and significantly increasing the chances of discovery, and a co-founder of Cygnus Gold and Desert Metals.

Focus Minerals has appointed WangHong Yang as executive chair, replacing DianFei Pei who has been the company’s non-executive chair since January 2016. Mr Yang was the company's executive director and interim chief executive from July 2013 until his retirement in December 2017.

Technology Metals Australia has appointed Jacqueline Murray as non-executive director. Ms Murray, a partner and investment team leader of Resource Capital Funds, has over 20 years of experience within the mining industry.
