Board Moves November 23, 2023

Michael Anderson has stepped down as managing director and chief executive of Forrestania Resources.  John Hannaford, non-executive chair since June 2021, will act as interim CEO. The company has also appointed experienced corporate executive Scott Patrizi as non-executive director. Mr Patrizi has equity capital markets and project acquisition experience, and has worked across a wide range of industries including mining, oil and gas, healthcare and education.

Kalamazoo Resources has appointed Carly Terzanidis as joint company secretary. Ms Terzanidis is a Chartered Secretary and an experienced corporate professional with 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on capital markets and governance.

Bilyana Smith has resigned from the board of Spectur after 4 years as non-executive director. Marco da Silva will commence as non-executive director immediately.

SRG Global has appointed Kerry Wilson as non-executive director, and current chief financial officer Roger Lee as executive director. Mr Wilson has significant domestic and international experience in human resources, safety and industrial relations. He was the principal owner of an industrial relations consultancy firm which was recently sold.

Strandline Resources has made some changes to its board and management structure. It has appointed current non-executive director Mark Hancock as chair following the departures of chair Didier Murcia, Peter Watson and Alexandra Atkins from the board. Strandline has also appointed current head of commercial & strategic developments Belinda Murray as chief operating officer, Ian Hind as general manager of marketing and logistics, John Francisco as general manager of Coburn operations, Michael Ingram as technical manager, and senior financial controller Jenelle Goddard will become interim chief financial officer following the resignation of Flavio Garofalo as chief financial officer and joint company secretary.
