Peter Cook

Peter Cook is a geologist (BSc in Appl. Geol.) and mineral economist (MSc in Min Econ) with extensive experience in the resource sector. He is the chief executive of Metals X, chair of Pantoro (formerly Pacific Niugini), and was director of Aziana until it became Brainchip. His experience covers exploration, mining, feasibility, construction, project management, operational and corporate management spanning a 29-year period. Mr Cook has considerable expertise in corporate and project management across a range of commodities at all stages of resource development. He is a past winner of the Gold Mining Journal – Mining Executive of the Year award during his stewardship of Hill 50 Gold NL.
