Peter Cook and Sam Smith have resigned from Breaker Resources as chair and CEO/executive director respectively, following its takeover by Ramelius Resources.

Catherine Anderson has replaced Brian Scott as company secretary of Cradle Resources. Ms Anderson is a legal practitioner with over 20 years of experience in private practice and in-house legal roles within Melbourne and Perth, particularly in the area of capital raisings and corporate structures.

Diversified battery anode materials company EcoGraf has appointed Keith Jones as an independent non-executive director. Mr Jones is a public company director and chair with over 40 years of experience in providing corporate finance and advisory services to the mining and resources sectors, as well as direct experience in resource development.
