Redpath Australia

Redpath Mining Inc is a global mining services provider headquartered in Canada. It has more than 10,000 employees and operates in 14 countries. Redpath Australia is a major part of the group, with 2,000 people in Australia and 2,500 offshore. The group established its first Australian office in the 1980s and acquired EROC in 2008. Redpath Australia substantially expanded its scale when it acquired Perth-based RUC Mining Contractors (aka RUC Cementation) in May 2024. Redpath Australia has its head office in Brisbane, with a branch in Perth.
Redpath Mining is 100 per cent owned by German private equity group Aton GmbH, which also owns 43.8 per cent of South Africa’s Murray & Roberts, the former owner of RUC.
