Greencap worked in risk management and compliance in Australia since 1984. It assisted clients in a wide range of industries, including thousands of private and government clients within the infrastructure, education, property, construction, resources, industrial, manufacturing, retail and services sectors.

Fully acquired by Wesfarmers in 2013, Greencap was sold to WSP in August 2022, and is now part of the WSP group.
