Octava Minerals and Future Metals are set to gallop onto their Palomino prospect in a bid to define the mineralised footprint at their East Kimberley JV sitting along strike from WA's historic Copernicus mine. The JV plans to kick off the new field season with structural and geological mapping and soil sampling in the highly-prospective nickel sulphide and PGM setting of the Halls Creek Orogen.

Joint venture partners Octava Minerals and Future Metals NL have launched a drill hunt for platinum group metals and nickel at their Panton North project in Western Australia's Kimberley region, chasing an extension of the neighbouring 5-million-ounce Panton platinum group metals deposit. Management says its more than 2000m campaign will target areas which attracted interest in previous fieldwork.

Octava Minerals' joint venture partner Future Metals, which operates their Panton North project in WA's Kimberley region, is set to start exploration drilling on an interpreted extension of the neighbouring 5-million-ounce Panton platinum group metals deposit. Mineralisation was previously traced up to the tenement boundary. Drilling will also target soil and rock anomalies at Panton West, within the joint venture's ground.

Green energy metals explorer and developer Octava Minerals and its JV partner Future Metals have received an early boost from their freshly minted joint venture. Future Metals has identified broad zones of disseminated magmatic nickel-copper and platinum group elements sulphides at its Panton project that crosses into the tenement they share, Panton North, which is located in a Tier 1 nickel sulphide-PGM province in the East Kimberley region of WA.

Green energy metals explorer Octava Minerals has entered into a farm-in joint venture agreement that enables fellow explorer Future Metals to earn up to 70 per cent in Octava's Panton North and Copernicus North nickel, copper and platinum-group metals projects in the East Kimberley. Octava will be free-carried through to a decision to mine and will receive about $600,000 in Future Metals shares.
