Board Moves October 9, 2023

Future Metals has restructured its board in line with the continued development of its Panton PGM Project and overall growth strategy. At the upcoming AGM in November, it is proposed that Patrick Walta be appointed executive chair, taking over from Justin Tremain who will remain on the board as a senior independent non-executive director, and Allan Mulligan will resign as non-executive director to focus on other business interests. Mr Walta is a qualified metallurgist and mineral economist with experience across technical and commercial roles within the mining & water treatment industries. He was awarded the MNN Emerging Leader of the Year Award (2018) and the Young Achiever of the Year award (2015) at the Australian Mining Prospect Awards.

Locksley Resources has appointed Nathan Lude as non-executive chair, taking over from Adam Giles who will be stepping down as non-executive director on October 27. Mr Giles has been with the company since its inception and was involved in its successful IPO in July 2021. Mr Lude has broad experience in asset management, mining and the energy sectors; and extensive experience in project identification and project development across multiple ASX-listed companies.

Pentanet has appointed well-known and successful technology entrepreneur, business executive, professional director and investor Dominic O'Hanlon as a non-executive director. Mr O’Hanlon spent over 30 years in the information technology industry. He also has extensive domestic and global experience across the startup and technology sectors.

Venture Minerals has appointment Philippa Leggat as non-executive director. Ms Leggat is a mineral industry executive with over 20 years of experience in advancing domestic and international projects along the value chain. She was also an executive director and advisor to ASX-listed companies engaged in capital raising, exploration, development and project evaluation. At the upcoming AGM in November, Mel Ashton will be retiring as non-executive chair. Mr Ashton has been a founding director of the company since it listed in 2006.
