Board Moves August 1, 2022

Australian medical technology company Artrya has appointed Dr Jacque Sokolov as non-executive director.  US-based Dr Sokolov has extensive experience in the US healthcare care sector, having advised companies across the US and government entities including the White House under four presidents, Senate and House committees. Dr Sokolov is the chair and president of Artrya USA Inc, and chair of its clinical advisory board.

Audalia Resources has appointed Adam Buckler as non-executive director. Mr Buckler has over 20 years of experience as an accounting and finance professional, and had held the roles of regional chief financial officer for Asia Pacific and finance director.

Fleetwood has appointed current chief executive Bruce Nicholson as managing director.

Aaron Bertolatti has stepped down as non-executive director of Future Metals. He has been with the company since 2014 as a company secretary, and as an executive finance director in 2018 before transitioning to a non-executive role this year.

Matador Mining is refocusing its strategy on greenfields exploration, and has made some changes to its board and management structure. Non-executive director Justin Osborne will become non-executive chair, taking over from Ian Murray who remains a non-executive director. David Gurvey has also taken over from Chris Bath as chief financial officer. Mr Gurvey is a Certified Professional Accountant with nearly 35 years spent in finance, financial reporting and audit for public and private companies in Canada.

Peter Hatfull has resigned as non-executive director of Roots Sustainable Agricultural Technologies.

Australian resource and mineral processing technology company TNG has appointed highly experienced international company director, Elizabeth Henson, as a non-executive director. Ms Henson has over 35 years of international experience in corporate governance, business and tax related matters. She also has international experience, mainly in the United Kingdom and South Africa, which is of considerable value to TNG’s plans to potentially list on the London Stock Exchange in the future as part of the financing strategy for Mount Peake.
