Compass Resources

Compass Resources was an ASX-listed company which was delisted in August 2015. In June 2016 the company went into voluntary administration, with Ferrier Hodgson appointed administrators. Later that day KordaMentha was appointed receiver and manager pursuant to a security interest duly registered on the Personal Property Securities Register. Later that month Pitcher Partners were appointed receiver and manager by a subordinated secured creditor pursuant to a security interest duly registered on the Personal Properties Securities Register. KordaMentha have assumed control of Compass Resources Ltd until otherwise advised.
