Peppy Grove home sold for $13.5m
KHT Accounting & Wealth boss Ben Elliott has emerged as the buyer of a $13.5 million home in Peppermint Grove.
Mr Elliott, via Foxwood Holdings, has purchased a Forrest Street property from Grant Powell in November, in one of the largest residential deals of 2025.
Details of the transaction have only recently emerged on RP Data.
The Forrest Street home was built in 1898 in a Federation style, with renowned architect Sir Talbot Hobbs behind the initial design.
