WA Supreme Court Master Craig Sanderson ruled that a statutory demand made by Rapid Metal Developments against Anderson Formrite Pty Ltd, for nearly $3 million be set aside. Mr Sanderson said there was “a genuine dispute in relation to the defendant’s claim” and that the precise nature of the contractual arrangement between the parties was at issue. Full report, Page 4.
