ONE of Australia’s fastest growing non-bank home loan lenders is reintroducing the ‘bank manager’.
Many major lenders have moved to a centralised decision making process.
Hence, they have done away with a number of their traditional managers. Mortgage House of Australia is reinstating them.
Mortgage House managing director Ken Sayer said its managers had discretion “like in the good old days”.
