Fostering positive working relationships is crucial to career growth. When rapport with co-workers & clients comes easily, communication is straightforward and outcomes are achieved with minimum stress. Yet often, differences in communication style and preference can be a source of significant misunderstanding, frustration and conflict.

Following an informative keynote presentation on the importance of understanding styles and recognising & identifying the different types, attendees will participate in an engaging workshop. This event will thus combine an interactive discussion on the core concepts with tailored exercises and simulations to practice the desired tools, skills and behaviours in real time. Participants will leave this event with heightened self-awareness, increased understanding & tolerance of others, and ideas to adapt communication with key colleagues and clients based on style differences.

This masterclass in styles is facilitated by Alison Fernandes, Senior Associate, Milan Partners (Sydney). Alison is a very experienced facilitator and presenter with over 20 years of experience working with leaders across different industries to build their leadership & communication capability.

Following the Masterclass, guests will then have the opportunity to network and put their newly found skills to the test at The George (216 St Georges Terrace) with drinks & canapes included.
