When it comes to promoting health, not all messages are equal; what engages one person may not engage another. Men and women are different, so it should come as no surprise that some health messages need to be tailored so that they engage each group.
Coinciding with Men's Health Week, this Lunch 'n' Learn will be presented by Diabetes WA and will focus on how to engage men in workplace health programs. You will learn:
•The difference in health behaviours and outcomes of men and women in Australia
•Why it's important to ensure our male workforce is healthy
•How to best engage men in improving their health, including key life points which trigger change
•Simple, low cost strategies for engaging men in workplace health initiatives
•Links to key programs and services that support men's health
You can attend in person or join via webinar

Please note: Lunch will not be provided, though attendees are welcome to bring their lunch along with them to the session.
