IPAA WA 2017 Espresso Series: International Perspectives China

Over a series of four short and sharp morning seminars, our inaugural Espresso series will inspire your practice as a professional public servant. Like any good espresso, it will give your morning a good kickstart.

Test your assumptions as to what a public service looks like and how it should operate. For this inaugural series we have invited presenters with expertise in either the public administration or policy environment of the USA, Indonesia, Singapore and China to provide an overview of how these systems work, their structure, their strengths and weaknesses, and issues affecting the direction in which they are heading.

This session will focus on China.
