How to Manage Poor Performance & Disciplinary Issues

At WRMC we understand the difficulty in managing employees with performance problems, discipline issues which include termination.
This 1-day course will assist supervisors, team leaders and others who have HR responsibilities to understand the basic principles of how to deal with performance problems. This course will show you the procedures to follow when disciplining or terminating employees who have performance issues as well as providing them with the opportunity to improve. The poor performance leg of the day also looks at how to conduct Performance Appraisals correctly. The second half of the day covers disciplinary issues in particular understanding the principles of Unfair Dismissal claims and how to avoid them. The course also covers how to conduct a disciplinary investigation effectively.
