Forums@4: Pilbara Property Market
The economic significance of the Pilbarra Region cannot be understated. In 2010 the region accounted for $71 billion or 74% of Western Australian production. This was 30% of the nation’s exports with 0.2% of the nation’s population!
With major investments being made by multi-nationals and the emerging “junior miners”, the Pilbarra represents a vast marketplace for mining and engineering services, human resources, sea, land and air transport, IT and, of course – property.
