HIA Chief Economist, Dr Harley Dale returns to Perth for 2017’s first HIA Economic Outlook Luncheon.

Housing conditions have been very challenging in recent years - asking what we can look forward to in 2017 sounds like rather a searching question! However, we are closer to the end than the beginning of the down cycle and there are some areas of the housing industry to be optimistic about.

Harley will look at a range of markets and sectors in considering where the key drivers of housing demand are at and will assess the outlook for residential building activity and property prices in 2017 and 2018.
