Anne Hurley

Anne Hurley joined HHG Legal Group in 2014 as leader of the Real Estate team. She has a wealth of experience in local, national and international commercial real estate transactions including advising sellers and buyers of residential and commercial property, completing due diligence, title and lease reviews, advising on commercial property structures, acting on acquisitions, drafting contracts of sale, and providing legal advice on general commercial property matters. Ms Hurley has worked with a broad range of clients on all aspects of property law. In addition to acting for sellers and buyers of major real estate assets, she also acted for the receivers, managers and mortgagees of well known West Australian property developers, their related companies and a national supermarket retailer on a range of property and liquor licensing matters including commercial leasing.
