Anne Harley

Anne Harley is the Associate Director at HHG Legal Group. She joined HHG Legal Group in 2014 as Counsel and leader of the Real Estate team. Ms Anne brings with her a wealth of experience in local, national and international commercial real estate transactions including advising sellers and buyers of residential and commercial property, completing due diligence, title and lease reviews, advising on commercial property structures, acting on acquisitions, drafting contracts of sale and providing legal advice on general commercial property matters.
