Alden Lee

Alden Lee was a principal consultant at NGIS with a focus on improving business operations for clients through spatial strategies, solutions, and projects to support ‘intelligent’ decision making and in supporting business outcomes. With specific skills and strengths in stakeholder management, business engagement and strategic project design, Mr Lee also managed the NGIS delivery team. He has over 20 years of project experience across four continents, and has successfully led large teams throughout the project lifecycle within the resources, government, not-for-profit, and commercial sectors.Mr Lee was president of the WA Project Management Institute Chapter and Leadership Institute alumni.
