Taxi industry - time for change

"The economic value of a business should be based on a superior customer proposition rather than the scarcity of supply or government regulation," so states Transport Minister Dean Nalder.

That is one of the most sensible statements we've heard on the subject of taxis, indeed any industry, for quite some time.  I have not been a fan of Mr Nalder due to mistakes and backflips. Lets see if he can deliver a reform package that is applicable in the 21st century.
