Ah! Just what we need. Why didn't I think of that? More ways to push up housing costs in Australia by supplying extra demand for our already over priced houses. Roll up suckers!

Australia
Reasonably shielded from what? Australia will be 3rd world in less than 20 years - at the rate developers are going, perhaps even less than 15. This is a retrograde step. Bring is some suckers from destitute Europe with a promise of better life to buy property at inflated prices and further drive up costs for locals before an inevitable fall. Very sad! Anybody looking to migrate to Australia should take note of the 2+ million living poverty, the rapidly growing government debt, and the fact that over 85% of Australia's assets are foreign owned. Australia's on borrowed time now.

Real World
Time to vote for the STABLE POPULATION PARTY and stop these private companies profiting at public expense. When will people realise how much population growth sends cost of living (water, energy, housing, tolls, congestion, etc) up&up&up...?!?
