Neil Kidd is general manager property of Westralia Airports Corporation (WAC), the operator of Perth Airport. In addition to this, he currently shares the responsibilities of the office of the CEO, pending the commencement of the new Perth Airport CEO on March 1 2007. 

Mr Kidd has qualifications in mining, engineering surveying and property, with a career in the latter spanning 30 years.

His areas of expertise include portfolio management, land subdivision, hotel, leisure, office and industrial developments, as well as developments on airport land.

Perth Airport’s 2,105 hectare estate – with more than 700ha zoned for non-aviation property development – is Mr Kidd’s third project of such size in Western Australia.  Other significant developments undertaken throughout his career include the Ellenbrook Estate, Rydges Perth Hotel and the Woodside Office Tower.
