When Jonathan Jones joined Egg Design as a director, he perceived there to be difficult decisions ahead with regard to the firm’s business management.
According to Mr Jones, Egg Design had a formal business plan but had neglected to address the fundamental problem of attracting and retaining clients.
From a standing start, in just more than two years he consolidated the business position in the Perth market, increasing business turnover by 315 per cent.
Egg Design was recognised with awards from PICA and PADC, with its most successful campaigns including various annual reports, corporate logos, and Gage Roads Brewing Co packaging.

Mr Jones supports Dig Deep Mining for Charity and the Activ Foundation through Egg Design. On a more personal level, he is involved with the Samaritans and is a member of his local surf life saving association.
