Accomplishments

Employed at Pindan at the age of 18, Chris Lillis progressed in the company to become a registered builder in 2002.

The company’s managing director then approached him to put together a business plan for Pindan Homes over a six-month period.

As a result of the plan, Mr Lillis says, business has increased significantly, with Pindan benefiting from improved technical support.

Training and succession plans have been developed for all staff.

In 2005, Mr Lillis was made director, group dwellings, and is an integral part of the Pindan executive.
