CVC moves to compulsory acquisition of Skywest

Skywest majority owner CaptiveVision Capital Ltd, a subsidiary of Singapore based Advent Air Ltd, will compulsorarily acquire all outstanding Skywest shares after acquiring 90.4 per cent of issued shares in the company.
