LUCINDA Ardagh has been working with the St Vincent de Paul Society since March 2005 in the role of public relations and fundraising manager. She and her team successfully launched the Vinnies CEO Sleepout in Western Australia. Each year the event raises about $500 000 and brings together 100 business leaders.
Gavin Ball
A SMALL business entrepreneur, Gavin Ball buys and operates businesses through his Vorian Investment Group. Mr Ball currently owns several businesses including web, design and marketing business Star3 Media. He has spent the past 19 years investing in and managing a variety of businesses in many different and varied markets.
Anthony Connor
ANTHONY Connor heads the Perth office of Gadens Lawyers, a top 10 Australian commercial law firm with particular expertise in banking, property, corporate advisory and financial services. Mr Connor specialises in corporate, finance, and property law. He has worked both internationally and as an in-house counsel in one of Australia’s largest banking organisations.

bachelor of business in accounting and economics and a masters of business administration.
Kellie Croxon
AS a director of Clarity Communications, Kellie Croxon is an experienced public relations practitioner in all areas of communication. For her role in co-founding and growing Clarity, she has been a finalist in the Telstra Business Woman of the Year Awards in Western Australia. She has also worked extensively as a business mentor for small business programs.
Jacki D’Antonio
Jacki D’Antonio is the sales manager for Singapore Airlines in Western Australia. She has a varied background in the travel and tourism industry with 14 years’ experience in retail, wholesale, insurance and airline travel. Ms D’Antonio is SIA’s only female sales manager in Australia.
Doug Durack
DOUG Durack is director of public affairs at The University of Western Australia. He has 35 years’ experience in media and public affairs positions, both in the public and private sectors. In his current role he is responsible for a group delivering services in external relations, communications, on-line information, marketing, advertising and events.
Frank Edwards
SINCE April 2002, Frank Edwards has been CEO of the City of Perth. Before this he was CEO of the Town of Kwinana. Before government Mr Edwards had a career as an Army officer rising to the rank of colonel. He is a graduate of the Royal Military College, Duntroon. After leaving the regular Army he continued to serve in the Army Reserve and held the rank of brigadier.
Basil Lenzo
WITH 15 years’ experience in the technology field, Basil Lenzo is the managing director of Datacom Systems WA. Mr Lenzo began his career with Lanier, selling its range of digital voice solutions. He was the founding director of Datacom, which started in November 2007 and since then has jointly grown the business to more than 50 staff.
Ian Lynass
IAN Lynass spent 25 years in the defence, steel, and mining industries, before joining Brambles Industrial Services in 2000. In 2001 he was appointed to the role of general manager oil, gas and mining. In June 2006 he was a key member of the executive team that led the sale of BIS/Cleanaway to KKR. In 2010 Mr Lynass was appointed the CEO of BIS Industries Limited.
Bruce MacFarlane
Bruce Macfarlane has been a director at the Small Business Development Corporation for 14 years. In his current position he is responsible for managing the Small Business Centre program. This program provides a range of services and programs to assist the establishment and growth of small businesses and is delivered through a network of 25 Small Business Centres throughout WA.
Julie Strack
JULIE Strack has more than 20 years’ experience in public accounting and consulting. She accepted an invitation to join Pitcher Partners in October 2005. More recently, Ms Strack has specialised into the area of self-managed superannuation. She provides services to directors and executives.
Gordon Webster
In his role as general manager, Gordon Webster jointly manages Ajilon Australia’s west coast business with fellow resources general manager, Ger Doyle. Mr Webster has more than 20 years’ management experience, and has been responsible for facilitating large-scale programs of change that have delivered growth and profitability for Ajilon’s key clients.
