From very difficult beginnings, Veronica has turned one of Perth’s first Mexican restaurants into an award winning business that is now an icon in Subiaco. At the age of 24, Veronica bought the struggling business and over the past 13 years, turned it into a restaurant that consistently achieves a profit substantially higher than the national average. Having been instilled with a strong work ethic by parents who ran their own successful ice cream business, Veronica often pust in 90 hour work weeks, believing that Perth need to experience the New Mexican South West American cuisine.
