Stuart Reidy-Crofts, managing director of Pace National since April 2013, has experience in operational, senior management and board roles within the private & public sectors. He also has extensive expertise in the occupational rehabilitation and injury prevention sector, having run a business that provided services in the fields of employee assistance programs, injury management, OH&S, employment services, and disability employment. Mr Reidy-Crofts is a registered psychologist with expertise in human resources consulting and strategy including executive and staff recruitment, leadership assessment and development, psychological assessment, injury management, training, counselling, mediation, team building and coaching.
