Robert Routs

From 2004 until his retirement in 2008, Dr Robert Routs was an executive board member of Royal Dutch Shell and was responsible for the global refining, chemical, marketing, trading and renewables businesses. Prior to that, he held various senior management positions at Royal Dutch Shell in the US, Canada and The Netherlands. Dr Routs is chair of the supervisory boards of AEGON N.V. and Royal DSM N.V., and director of ATCO and ATCO Structures & Logistics.
