Michael Van Der Ende

Michael Van Der Ende is an associate in Squire Patton Boggs' corporate practice group, advising clients on a wide range of corporate transactions and focusing on mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets. He has experience advising listed and unlisted corporations in connection with domestic and cross-border transactions, regulated takeovers, corporate restructures and reorganisations. He has also advised on equity fundraising including rights issues, placings and share purchase plans. Mr Van Der Ende is experienced in corporate governance and regulatory matters including compliance with the Corporations Act 2001, ASX Listing Rules, and Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Act.
