Project Director / Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority
Megan Adair has over 25 years of experience in local and state government, as well as the private sector, which places her in a strong position to overview project delivery outcomes and be responsible for providing strategic and statutory planning advice. Ms Adair is a qualified town planner and a Fellow of Leadership WA. She has expertise in development facilitation and negotiation, development control, policy formulation, statutory and strategic planning, and urban design. Ms Adair is the presiding member of the Metropolitan West Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) and is also a member of the WAPC Statutory Planning Committee. Ms Adair is the project director for Eglinton Estates on the Eglinton and Amberton projects and project director for the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority's Midland Project, providing expertise and insight into planning approvals, master-planning, heritage issues, challenging environmental remediation matters, community engagement and land development projects. She has been the project director of Woodsome Management since 2007.
