Matthew Wilson

Matthew Wilson practises in all areas of property law including commercial and retail leasing, Strata Titles Act compliance and transactional property matters such as the acquisition and disposal of assets, subdivisions, and complex and iconic development projects for the State Government and the private sector. His major projects included LandCorp’s revitalization of the Karratha City Centre and AAIG’s development of the former Emu Brewery site in the Perth CBD into the Capital Square Perth mixed-use development which will include Woodside Energy’s new head office. Mr Wilson also has a background in commercial litigation and dispute resolution and assists Lavan's planning, environment and land compensation team with the drafting of agreements and negotiated or mediated settlement deeds arising from planning disputes and proceedings.
