Matthew Shellabear

Matthew Shellabear joined the CBH Group in February 2017 as general manager of business transformation where he is responsible for driving the CBH transformation agenda across the group. Prior to his appointment at CBH, Mr Shellabear was employed in a number of transformation roles. He spent 10 years in Global Agriculture, Cargill and COFCO. He also spent 15 years working in international logistics with TNT and DHL. Originally from Sydney, Mr Shellabear has lived in multiple countries across Asia, Europe and the Middle East. He studied Logistics at the University of Sydney and holds a Master of Business Administration from IMD in Lausanne.
