Damien Waller

Damien Waller has extensive experience as a senior HR professional across all aspects of HR including industrial relations, recruitment, remuneration, learning and development, as well as developing and implementing robust HR strategies in a construction environment.

In March 2021, he was appointed vice president of human resources for Australia and Asia Pacific at Clough.

Prior to Clough, Mr Waller spent just under 13 years at Georgiou Group where he was national human resources manager for 11 years. He was also an employee relations advisor at Rio Tinto, a human resources consultant at ARG, and a human resources officer at the City of Belmont.
