Daman Patterson’s career at Chandler Macleod began in 2002 and has since worked across consulting, organisational development, learning & development. Mr Patterson held the role of Executive General Manager of People & Culture since 2013 and is responsible for the People function, driving engagement and performance, and strategic leadership of its People.
