Bill McDonald
Bill McDonald is the executive director of human resources at Juniper. Prior to that, he spent 11 years with Australia Post as manager of learning and development (1999), injury prevention and management (2001), and personnel services (2006).
Mr McDonald holds an MBA from the University of Western Australia where he was awarded the “Downings Prize” for top student in Strategic Human Resource Management. He also holds a Master of Workplace Injury Management and Occupational Rehabilitation from the University of Newcastle.
