Angie Dominish

Angie Dominish has an extensive career in the public and private sectors, having worked as a government agency executive and as a management consultant. Since establishing herself as an independent management consultant in 2015, Ms Dominish has provided independent strategic advice on organisational and cultural change, management capability and future business development in a large NGO, as well as a range of human resources initiatives ranging from employment reviews, workforce planning and skill gap analyses to employee relations matters. Her areas of expertise include organisational reform programs; organisational reviews; extensive knowledge and compliance with legislative frameworks, Government decision-making and regulation; timely and practical solutions to workplace issues; and stakeholder engagement at all levels. She has led large corporate business and strategic services portfolios, covering areas such as strategic policy and legislation, workplace change, human resources, workplace relations, performance measurement, finance, information technology and contracted services.
