Board Moves May 18, 2021

Fenix Resources has appointed Richard Nicholls-Maltman as non-executive director. Mr Nicholls-Maltman has over 28 years of experience as a solicitor, practising primarily in the corporate and resources sectors. He has acted for a number of exploration and production companies, and has a broad range of experience in project development and mine-to-port operations and logistics.

Eddy Wu has resigned as non-executive director of Image Resources. Mr Wu joined the board in 2016 as part of the transformational Murray Zircon transaction.

Mathew Longworth has resigned as non-executive chair of Metalicity, with non-executive director Andrew Daley taking over the role of chair.

Brian Leedman has resigned as non-executive chair of NeuroScientific Biopharmaceuticals. Dr Anton Uvarov will take over as interim chair. Mr Leedman has been reappointed executive director of corporate affairs at ResApp Health, having previously held the position from February 2016 to December 2017. Mr Leedman, one of the founders of ResApp Health, has been managing investor relations for the company since its ASX listing in 2015, most recently as vice president of corporate affairs.

Shaun Hardcastle has resigned as non-executive director of Schrole Group. He has been with the company since its listing on the ASX in 2017.
