Board Moves February 3, 2021

Kula Gold has appointed Luke Abbott as company secretary, replacing Simon Adams who remains a non-executive director. Mr Abbott joined the company in August 2020 as an analyst.

Thred has appointed George Bauk as executive director, Colin McCavana as non-executive director and Karl Weber as exploration manager. Sol Majteles and Joe Graziano have resigned as directors, with Mr Graziano remaining as company secretary and chief financial officer. The restructure comes as Thred completes its acquisition of PVW Resources NL. Mr Bauk is an experienced executive and director with 30 years spent in the resources industry. Mr McCavana has over 40 years of experience in the mining and resources sector as well as in exploration, project development, construction, corporate management, capital raising, financing, and operations. Mr Weber has over 25 years of experience in gold and base metal exploration within Australia and internationally. He was the exploration manager for PVW Resources prior to becoming general manager in April 2020.
