Yitzchac (Issy) Livian has resigned as executive director of HearMeOut. Mr Livian is one of the founders of the HearMeOut platform and associated business, and will remain with the company as vice president, business development. Due to increasing external business interests, current executive director David Tasker will become non-executive director.
Ibrar Idrees has been appointed an independent non-executive director of Eclipse Metals. Mr Idrees has over 10 years of professional and corporate experience gained in a diverse range of industries in Australian and South Asia. He is a practicing accountant and has worked in a variety of business development and financial positions in small and large companies, within various industry types and through several jurisdictions around the world. Long standing executive chair Carl Popal will step down from the role and become a non-executive director. Current non-executive director Rodney Dale will become non-executive chair.
Dafna Shalev-Flamm has joined the board of Roots Sustainable Agricultural Technologies as non-executive director. Ms Shalev-Flamm is an experienced chief financial officer and director with extensive experience in operational management, accounting and finance, capital management and corporate governance. She replaces Tal Misch Vered who has resigned due to other board commitments.
Damon Neaves, current non-executive director of Tap Oil, has been appointed as chair. He replaces Chris Newton who has stepped down as chair.
