Steven Elliott has resigned as managing director of Caeneus Minerals. To assist the company in the interim whilst it seeks to appoint a new managing director, Chris Zielinski has been appointed non-executive director. Mr Zielinski is a corporate lawyer with over 10 years of experience, and is a partner in the West Australian corporate law firm Nova Legal.
Dimerix has appointed chronic kidney disease expert Associate Professor David Packham to the newly created role of chief medical officer. He will lead the development of its therapeutic program for chronic kidney disease DMX-200.
Peter Smith has been appointed non-executive director of Castillo Copper. Mr Smith is a geophysicist with more than 30 years of experience in base metal mineral exploration. He replaces Neil Hutchison who has resigned from the board to focus on other business interests.
Glen Chipman has joined the board of Iron Road as non-executive director. Mr Chipman has been seconded to Iron Road since 2015 and was engaged with commercial, business development, capital raising and financial planning activities relating to the Central Eyre Iron Project. His appointment coincides with Julian Gosse’s decision to step down as non-executive director after serving 9 years on the board, including 3 years as chair.
Patrick O'Neill has resigned as company secretary of JV Global. He will be replaced by Stephen Buckley, who has more than 35 years of experience in financial markets within Australia and New Zealand.
