Swanepoel to Continental Coal

South African thermal coal producer Continental Coal has appointed Bernard Swanepoel
as a non-executive director. Mr Swanepoel is joint chief executive officer of
VMR, based in South Africa. Following his appointment, director Peter Landau
has resigned.
