WA developers receive praise

THE WA land development industry is alive and well thanks to a competitive market driven by innovative land owners says Urban Development Institute of Australia WA president Graham McArthur.

“The land development industry in WA is not only providing good value for money but is efficient, in spite of the ever increasing hurdles that are put before us,” Mr McArthur said at the recent annual general meeting of the Institute.

“UDIA continues to be acknowledged by government as the peak lobby group for the land development industry which is evident by the number of advisory boards, committees and reference groups to which members are appointed,” he said.
