THE managing director of METHOD, formerly Method + Madness, said the forecasted drop in full-year revenues of parent company Sausage Software would not affect its operations.
At Sausage Software’s general meeting last week, chairman Lawrence Cox said the forecasted full-year profit now would be $150 million, down from the March estimate of $164 million.
But METHOD managing director Stephen Langsford said the announcement would not stop METHOD’s plans for expansion this year. The division will handle Sausage’s e-business develop-ment and integration services from offices in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Canberra.
“The announcement doesn’t impact on the plans whatsoever,” Mr Langsford said.
“We will be pursuing a campaign of marketing and recruitment to take METHOD forward.”
Mr Cox attributed the drop in forecasted earnings to inconsistent revenues among Sausage’s divisions. He said the consulting business would generate approximately 70 per cent of total revenues.
Mr Langsford said METHOD generated around 10 per cent of total revenue.
