LandCorp has just released 35 new blocks in Joondalup City which should be snapped up according to marketing and sales consultant firm Time Conti Sheffield.
The release includes 30 cottage style (R40) lots ranging in size from 352 square metres to 460sqm and five larger urban-rural lots of between 785sqm and 1,235sqm.
Limestone retaining walls enhance the elevated aspect to Lake Joondalup and the Yella-gonga regional park from most sites.
The cottage style lots range in price from $125,000 to $160,000, while the larger urban-rural lots are expected to realise from $170,000 to $230,000.
Time Conti Sheffield sales consultant Paul Conti believes people are keen to move to an inner city location where they can combine convience and easy maintenance with lifestyle.
“This release of land has been eagerly awaited,” Mr Conti said.
Mr Conti said demand for land within Joondalup City had been high since the first residential land was released in City North four years ago.
“Joondalup Lakefront looks set to become even more successful than City North which has a strong residential community enjoying all the benefits of living in the heart of the city,” Mr Conti said.
