Gondwana Resources in joint venture

PERTH-based Gondwana Resources NL has announced it will form a 50:50 joint venture company with New York Stock Exchange-listed Entrade Inc. to provide business-to-business electronic commerce solutions to companies in the Asia Pacific region.

The new joint venture company, Entrade Asia Pacific Pty Ltd, will market Entrade Inc’s e-commerce technology and B2B ‘market maker model’.

Entrade Inc is defined by the Gartner-Group as an e-market maker, an organisation that develops an Internet-based B2B e-marketplace of buyers and sellers within a particular industry, geographic region or affinity group.
